DD and I broke out her Christmas tie-dye kit, and we used the leftovers to paint yarn. I wound about 300 yards of Peaches-n-Cream into a yard-wide hank, then DD and I just randomly spatter-painted it, wrapped it in plastic, gently squeezed the colors through, then let it sit for 24 hours. After LOTS of rinsing, I now have another gorgeous hank of yarn that may just sit and be admired for a long time before it reaches its knitted potential.Tuesday, February 28, 2006

DD and I broke out her Christmas tie-dye kit, and we used the leftovers to paint yarn.
