Knit Nite Rainbow Socks

Regia 4-Ply Fun Nation SocksI've been lugging these socks to Knit Nite for months now, and finally finished them tonight! DD is at her Dad's, so come Monday, we'll see if they fit!

I knitted these toe-up, and was surprised that two balls of Regia 4-ply was enough to make knee-high socks, granted they're for a 10 year old, but still! I did the turkish cast-on, stockingnette, and an afterthought heel. To make the socks stay up, I made a super-elastic k1-p1 cuff on size 000 needles, my first time to ever go that small, but once you've knitted with 2.0mm, 1.5mm is really not that different.

A fun time was had by all....

Knit Nite!
