Back in November, I attended the Michaels yarn event, not to buy contraband mind you, but to scout other knitters. Kristie, the enthusiastic knitting instructor, and I clicked since we had a lot in common besides knitting. I entered the speed knitting contest, and though the competition was next to nothing, I WON! The prize was a Good to Go Knitters Tote, complete with 6 pockets to hold those huge skeins, and insize, a bazillion pockets & elastic straps for tools. I finally started using it, and though it's too big as an everyday tote, it's perfect for travel or Stitch-n-Bitch, when we like to bring all our show-and-tell.

My DD liked the tote so much, that I bought her the one-skein mini version, so she can be just like Mom. Then I wrapped it up and put it under the tree. In fact, I also like the little tote so much, I just might have to get myself one too!

Those are cute bags. Congrats on winning the contest!
